Category 6

Please note that due to the flexible nature of our courses they can be conducted anywhere in Southern Africa and any course can be structured to meet your exact requirements.

We also offer a Basic Cargo course and a Warehouse Agents course on an ad-hoc basis when required.

All prices are exclusive of VAT and valid for 2010 only. Lufthansa Cargo reserves the right to cancel or change a course date at short notice.

The full course fees are still payable if attendance is cancelled within the two weeks prior to a course starting; name changes will be accepted.

We are offering a 20% discount to any person that has participated in a Lufthansa DGR course.

Training Venues
Various training venues will be used, all of which are within a 7 Km radius from the airport.
Tea, coffee and cold drinks will be served, as well as a 2 - 3 course lunch.

Jon Clark
Regional Director: Handling Services, Southern and Western Africa.

Jon has been working for Lufthansa Cargo for the past 19 years in various positions within sales. He was previously based in London and was responsible for England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. Before his appointment in London he had the responsibility as the Sales Manager in Scotland based at Lufthansa's Glasgow office. Jon originally started in the airfreight industry working for Exel in Glasgow before moving to Lufthansa Cargo in 1991.

Anita Ferri
Training Co-ordinator

Anita began her career with Lufthansa in 1980 in the Import office. She was promoted to Import Supervisor in 1990 and Import Manager on Duty in 1999.  Today she is a full time trainer with a wealth of practical experience to offer and a number of qualifications to her name.  These include The Basic Course in Cargo Sales and Handling, Advanced Cargo Tariff Course, Sales and Service Training, Advanced Course Cargo Sales and Handling, IATA dangerous goods regulations and refreshers, Supervisors Course and Supervisors Course - "Talk In".
